Paul has delivered exceptional growth and profitability across industries in companies such as Enpro, GGB, Boral Bricks, BlueLinx, and AiMDSS. He has a diverse background in M&A, corporate strategy, business development, innovation, marketing, and finance. He leads through empathy and enables others to achieve their highest potential.
In his personal life, Paul contributes to various educational causes and has tutored underprivileged children in his community. He finds an outlet for his creativity through writing.

Michael Walker is a seasoned business leader with 20+ years of experience driving growth and profitability in industrial companies. Holding an MBA from The Wharton School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, he blends technical expertise with strategic vision.
Mike has led transformational change at top industrial companies such as Enpro, GGB, The Timken Company, and Cardone Industries. He has a track record in M&A, corporate strategy, new business development, supply chain, and engineering and has a passion for leading and developing others to do their most meaningful work.
Beyond business, Mike is a committed community contributor, serving as a volunteer firefighter and youth leader. His journey reflects a dedication to leadership, strategic acumen, and making a positive impact.
